I’m Shawn Hart, I am a proud father of two little wonderful girls, and partners in life and business with Cralynne Hart. My journey into the world of real estate began in 2014, when I bought my first rental property, and my passion for the industry has only grown stronger. Alongside being a dedicated tractor trailer driver, I continued to invest in my passion building a real estate portfolio over the last decade.

Now retired from the trucking world, I am co-owner of Modern Heart Realty and I continue to be fully committed to helping other investors just like myself invest and grow in the real estate market. I thrive on networking, building connections, and sharing my enthusiasm for real estate and investing with others. I am on a mission to make a mark in the world of real estate and continue spreading my contagious passion.
